  • Robby is the most unprofessional, demeaning, rude, and condescending person I have ever met in all my travels. I will NEVER stay here again and encourage each of you to consider any other hotel unless you want the most horrible customer service experience you've ever had at a hotel, or appreciate howling dogs in the room next to yours all night. Management, are you listening? Robby needs to find another profession. He's costing you business.
