  • This particular Kinder Care once was a good place. My daughter has been going in for quite sometime. Toward the end of this past spring is when it seems like everything went from manageable to just stressful and horrible. Which is very disturbing, considering my child only goes after school. Management and staff has such a high turn over. The staff that was great is no longer there. And management and billing only seems to be getting worse. Communication amongst the staff and the company in general is horrible. I would be told one thing by one person and something else by someone different (all management staff). We are part of a scholarship program which is very common for many families. This particular facility has charged me many times for fees that I, nor the director for the center (that is more concerning) knew why. More recently (yesterday) I encountered this problem once again. I talked to the director but always got the same response that I got before, we don't handle these scholarship accounts, our off site subsidy department does all billing for our scholarship accts. And what's even more disturbing is the director said other families were having the same problem and frustrations. But as always they say they look into it and weeks later I get a response. Only to then encounter late fees!!!!! What is stressful is I have encountered this issue 3 times in the last month. And over the summer when I was denied credit for late fees that weren't my fault, I had to pay 2 of the 3 because I was told the regional manager can only credit one back. So in order to stop accumulating the fees I swallowed my pride and paid them. Previously I would have recommended this facility but now, I would say save your money and utilize another, unless you like surprise fees and stress....
