  • I went here in my search to find my new local go-to nail salon, and while I wasn't disappointed, I wasn't overjoyed and don't really plan to go back regularly. I made an appointment for an acrylic fill with gel with Michelle because she had such glowing reviews here on Yelp. She did a great job fixing the shape of my nail after a disastrous set I had put on elsewhere, and she put together a very sparkly silver glitter combo that I loved, but other than that I don't think she stood out. I had some nails thicker than others, and it wasn't too clean around my cuticles. One thing I really did not like about my service with Michelle was that she attempted to sell me on the "ombre" technique without explaining that it would be a much more expensive service than the plain gel+fill that I had come in for. Once she finally told me what my total would be, and I backed out of doing the much more expensive ombre, I definitely felt that she was less friendly and talkative.
