  • As much as I hate most couriers, I was shockingly surprised at how pleasant and painless my pick-up of a FEDEX package ( sent from Neiman's yay!) was here. I came on a Saturday it was quiet and the counterperson was so genuinely friendly and efficient, yes even on a Saturday...needless to say I am impressed. The whole interaction took mere seconds and I was out with my shiny new package in no time. Note I suggest to call Fedex ahead to confirm you are picking up your package to facilitate a smoother transaction, also bear in mind the packages will only be kept at this location for 5 business days, so best to pick-up asap. Do not forget to also bring two forms of ID, one picture and one that confirms your address too. If you are not usually not home, or cannot have packages sent to your workplace I highly suggest you have FEDX re-direct your package to this service centre for a hassle free and service friendly pick-up.
