  • If I could give them no stars I would. Seriously the worst customer service experience ever. Not only did I have to repeat every single thing I said but I was than put on hold for five minutes while they searched for my profile because it somehow disappeared. So, my free credit I had on my account mysteriously disappeared with my profile. How convenient. After reading some of the previous reviews, looks like I'm not missing much anyway.
