  • I have never taken my dry-cleaning & "wash & press" work anywhere else since I moved to Cleveland from New Orleans in 1999. Every business interaction has dilemmas, and mine usually had to do with simple things like needing a button replaced on an older piece of clothing. Never had a "hiccup" that was not resolved to my satisfaction at no extra cost. I have even brought shoes in to be "cleaned up" or repaired. I drive to Independence from Cleveland for the always cheerful staff at Bright & Fresh Cleaners, especially the owner. I am picking some clothes up there today. David Wolf Cleveland, OH
