I'm so embarrassed that it took me so long to come to Pizzeria Bianco... And I lived for a whole year within walking distance of it! My boyfriend's dad insisted we go when he came to visit for the weekend (since he loved it last time when he visited a year ago), and I'm so so glad we did.
The house salad was fresh but nothing special. I will say that the olives were the least objectionable green olives I've ever had. Now to the pizza... it was SO GOOD. And I'm not even really a pizza person. It was crunchy and chewy all at the same time. I got the Wise Guy, s/o got the Margherita, and his dad got the Sonny Boy. All of these pizzas were delectable. I thought mine was the best. Although I'm not typically a white pizza (no tomato sauce) kind of person, I thought that the lack of sauce gave my pizza a greater depth of flavor. I got to enjoy the fired taste of the crust, the sweetness of the onions, and the magic of the fennel sausage. Mmmmmmm, I should not have written this review while hungry...
