  • Went for brunch ~12 on a Sunday, party of two. We've both worked in the service industry - we aren't a difficult 2-top to have. The hostess seated a 4-top that arrived after us, before us. Probably wouldn't have noticed if the 2-top hadn't been sitting empty for a good 10 minutes. Our server poured one glass of water and left the other empty once we sat down. He rarely checked in on us. It took us a good 20 minutes to get a bloody mary and a mimosa. During our appetizer our server would check on the tables beside us but barely glanced our way. Ordered our food 25 minutes later. Our entrees came out a good 5-10 minutes apart. The one redeeming thing about the service was that he noticed when our water pitcher was empty. Even then, it took him 10 minutes to get it refilled. Basically, our server was awful. We love the food at Park Bruges and have been here multiple times. Giving two stars because the food never disappoints. The service was absolutely terrible for no reason. They were faster with the check than they were with anything else.
