I know that I booked my flight online and it isn't Phoenix Southwest that was at fault that I had to walk so far to change planes. The employees were kind of annoying, they took 15 old people in wheelchairs on the plane one at a slow time with much talking and side bars, making the plane 30 minutes. They had to find the old people's IDs that someone had taken from them. They didn't have enough wheelchairs and had to keep going off somewhere and getting yet another wheelchair bound person. I was pretty disgusted when getting off the plane the oldsters didn't want to wait on wheelchairs and jumped up and got off perfectly strong and flexible. The employees were laughing it up, not caring there were many other people wanting to board and get underway. The Phoenix people acted like they had to be their shift, they didn't care if anything was done in a timely manner.
