  • My name is Patrick and I'm the manager at Game Daze Superstition Springs Mall. I'm sorry to hear that Steve S had such a bad experience and I can assure you that his experience is an extremely rare one. Steve please contact me at the store so I can make whatever went wrong right. We are a locally owned and operated company of seven stores, five in Phoenix, two in Tucson and each and every single one of our customers are of the utmost importance to us. We offer competitively priced board games and have many sales throughout the year as well as a loyalty discount program called the "Z-Card" that gives customers 10% off everything in the store all year long. Many of our sales "stack" with the Z-Card discount and we are proud to say that our customers can save up to 25% off their entire purchase, from every item in the store several times a year with a qualifying dollar purchase (usually $50). With these monthly sales and the everyday discount of the Z-Card we are more than competitive with major and on-line retailers. I am a game expert that has been playing strategy, family, party and card games my entire life. My employees are game experts as well and we are proud to offer the widest selection of games in the entire state. We have free in-store game events multiple times a week that are free of charge including RPG's, Strategy and multiple TCG Tournaments. Throughout the year we hold multiple special preview and release events for brand new board games. Our featured weekly event is "Super Wednesday Board Game Night" every Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm where I teach and play with 4 to 5 customers, an entire strategy game free of charge. At the end of the evening if you would like to purchase the game it is available for 10% off, Z-Card Member save 15%. There isn't any length I won't go to in order to help my customers find the just the right game, gift or item that they are looking for.
