  • Ok, for starters, did y'all know Holsteins is what the black and white cows are called? It might seem like a dumb thing to point out, but as a city girl, I just called those cows, cows and never knew them as Holsteins LOL Anyway! I really enjoyed this place and I would totally come again -- even as much as I hate driving to the strip. I came here for lunch with a party of 10. We agreed to have lunch at 12 PM PST and while we did have to wait for the table to be prepped as our party arrived, I don't believe it was a long wait at all. For starters, we were brought small tin cans of PIZZA FLAVORED popcorn. So tasty and the presentation was very cute. My end of the table all ordered beer and because we checked in we were able to get our drinks (select beers) for 50% off!! I got a Modelo Especial, normally $10.00, for $4.50. I am unsure if all their beers are $10.00. I decided to order The Rising Sun Burger. I wanted something that I wouldn't be able to find else where. I was able to order my burger without the tempura avocado for allergy reasons. Aside from the avocado, it it made with Kobe beef and has a teriyaki glaze, fried yams and nori. My burger was perfectl medium rare and my bun was buttery, but not too buttery. The fries are also super amazing here!!!!! 11/10 recommend. And for fellow ranch lovers, this place has quality ranch if you ask for a side!!
