  • My boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident the week before he was supposed to be moved out of his apartment and into his new house, and he was stuck in the hospital. I called Poindexter at the last minute, 2 days before he had to be out. The girl in the office (who's name I've forgotten, so sorry!) was very friendly and helpful, and called me back right away. She scheduled the move and emailed me details promptly. Eric and Andrew came out, were friendly and efficient, and had everything moved within 2 hours. There were no hidden fees; we actually ended up paying less than we had planned, and they even referred me to a Groupon for my own move next month. I appreciate this company making the move so easy for us, and for accommodating our last minute request, considering we had so many other things to focus on. PS - the boyfriend is recovering nicely. #helmetssavelives
