  • If i could rate this store a 0 i would have. I bought a prepaid phone for a family member here, i asked the sales guy prior to buying numerous questions to ensure that there where no monthly charges associated with the phone, and i would only have to pay for the minutes i loaded on it, he assured me that there where no monthly charges with the phone. But when arrived home to put minutes on it, i realized that at a minimum it was $25 a month to get service supplied to the phone and wasn't at all what i was looking for. When i went back to the store to return it they refused to take it back citing some bull excuse about electronics not being returnable. I'm looking into contacting the walmert head offices about this and the terrible business practices walmart is using, lying to customers to get merchandise out the door and then refusing to take it back. Stay clear of this store, their staff are either uneducated about their products or just plain dishonest and their managers are extremely rude and demeaning.
