  • The pharmacy at the mint hill location is not helpful and rude. Due to a technicality of the wording on a prescription, the staff informed me it was against the law for them to refill pain meds after a major surgery for me. They then changed it and said it was an insurance policy? Didn't offer any advice or what I could do to change this, they said I needed to wait 6 more days. After I called the hospital and the on call physician called it in to be fixed, they still did not call me or move forward with filling the prescription. I had to have the hospital call again and finally the staff filled it, right before they closed for the night. They weren't going to fill it and/or return my calls. I will use the Matthews location as I have for years instead of returning here for anything.
