  • (3) stars because the fries were made nice and crispy, and my quarter pounder was made how I like it; with extra pickles and onions. BUT while me and my folks were waiting for our food, we decided to sit at a place that wasn't TOO dirty. We walked around the whole dining area, every single table was filthy, ESPECIALLY the floors underneath the tables. While we were waiting for our order, I walked to the counter, talked to Andrea the manager specifically and told her we needed a mop up and the tables cleaned (where it wasn't too bad, but DEFINITELY needed cleaning). She said Okay and walked away. We received our order, and patiently waited for someone to come around with a mop and rag. No one came. I was going to go up again and remind them but my pop's grew angry and disgusted and began throwing down napkins on the liquid spills under our table and began wiping down the dirty tables. My Dad should have NOT been the one to do this. We still had more people meeting us for brunch and we all had to sit apart from each others because the floors were so wet. This McDonald's is very spacey and flattering but the cleanliness was not happening. We were SO disappointed when leaving because just as we got done throwing our food away, there was a young man FINALLY walking around CASUALLY/SLOWLY doing his job. We looked at each other and asked under our breath 'Where was he when we needed him?' I expect better next time, really.
