  • The residents of Hawaii have few options when it comes to air travel and Allegiant offers a cheaper option. But that cheaper option comes at a price. Horrible service and second rate aircraft. On a recent trip from Hawaii to Las Vegas and back, 2 of the 4 toilets were out of service on both trips. The passengers were crowded around the 2 remaining toilets for the entire 6 hour flight. I commend the flight attendants though. Most were friendly and very helpful. We also flew to the Midwest on different planes, McDonnell Douglas, and it was even worse. Sardines have it better than Allegiant passengers. My wife will never fly Allegiant again which means I also won't be flying Allegiant even though they have cheaper fares.
