  • I checked in five days ago and so far everyday is worse then the one before. The day we checked in the refrigerator in our room didn't work, the WiFi is mostly non existent and now to top it off the A.C. in our room quit working. The front desk sent the maintenance man to look at it and he couldn't fix it so he brought us a fan so the temperature in the room is now 82. The hotel desk says they are booked and don't have any available rooms , I have talked to at least three other couples who are having the same issues. It is cooler in the hallway then in our room This sucks my son's team manager requires us to stay in the same hotel but if this is the level of service I can expect I just will not
