  • I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. A simple, quick procedure. Yet, one hour later, they still had not started working on my vehicle. Clearly, if I had not made an appointment, I could see why I would need to wait. Because of the inconvenience, the manger reached out to me and offered to do the rotation and balance for free.
