  • The service is okay but they have never held an appointment on time or anywhere close. Typically you are not even seen to have your vitals taken until at least 30-40 minutes after your appointment time. After you get your vitals taken you must wait in another room for a minimum of 20 minutes longer. It's just ridiculous to do this every time. This is the case even for a routine prescription refill. Never had a doctors office in all the places I've lived do this and not respect our time.
