  • Worst experience ever. Run away from this company. We don't belong to Steve's church and maybe that's why we got such lousy service. Steve nickels and dimes you every way he can. We spent thousands of dollars and everything went wrong that could. The toilet spout is crooked, the drain cover is crooked, the kitchen sink leaks, his employee, Alan, was extremely clumsy and broke our tile and scratched our tub and then Steve tried to say it was like that before. When we called him to fix it he wanted to charge us more money. Alan told me point blank that most of the work he did in our house was his first time doing that type of job ever. The best part is when he said he didn't think it was important to follow the instructions when he installed our shower. Now the diverter valve points to overhead and the water comes out the tub spout. He said hopefully a woman will be using it because they don't know how to operate complicated things. On top of that he is rude and seems to always be in a bad mood. I wish you could leave 0 stars. This is nowhere near A+ service, more like D+
