There is no way to know if they have fair pricing or not before you hire them. They will not give you a ballpark estimate (I wasn't going to hold them to the estimate; I just wanted a general idea of approximately how much it would be so I could call around and make sure I was getting a fair deal) over the phone. They will charge you $49 to send someone out to take a look at the issue, and they will only waive that if you decide to hire them. So if they come out and quote you something WAY more than any other company, you either have to pay them $49 to not hire them, or you have to pay them WAY more than any other company.
