  • I honestly can not review the photo booth, because we never actually had an opportunity to use it. My fiance booked a clowncar photo booth through Living Social website on 11/13/2010. She contacted a clowncar photo representative and booked the booth for our wedding on 11/19/2011. Since making our payment nearly a year ago, we contacted the owner of the company to confirm that everything was still in order. The owner informed us that he just purchased the company in June and he did not have us booked for that date. He refused to honor the Living Social voucher, even though his company recieved payment 10 months prior. He also refused to give us a refund. We were offered a credit towards a full priced package. For obvious reasons, we were very disapointed with the way that clowncar conducted business with us. Very poor communication through out - we made multiple phone calls that were never returned and when we did speak with the owner, he asked us to communicate with him via email because he was a busy guy and this is a side business of his... On a positive note, Living Social was very understanding of our situation and they did refund our money.
