  • Bart Zimmer was such a disappointment when I gave him the listing for my property. As an out of state owner, I had to rely on him to take care of the details of finishing parts of the transaction after the deal closed. His client didn't change the utilities into his name and Bart told me to send him the bills so that I could be repaid. When I asked for his fax # numerous times, he NEVER even responded, which would have taken him 2 seconds in a text. What a jerk. I am buying more rentals in LV and am NOT ever using him again. The opposite. The people I am doing business with now, know I won't put up with that kind of crap again. If you see this, Bart, call me. You know who I am. Think Desert Sun Dr.
