  • My son and I found ourselves in Independence and wanted to try out the newly opened Scratch. So glad we did! From the French press coffee to my Smokehouse Breakfast Burrito and Strawberry Shortcake Waffles.......perfection. Our waitress said most everything was made from scratch (including house-smoked meats) and it defiantly tasted like it. Eat here and you won't be sorry.
