Horrible customer service. I can understand if it was packed, but during the early morning weekend hours there was hardly anyone waiting to be checked in. So why did it take so long to at least get any sort of acknowledgment? An "I'll be right with you" isn't too much to ask for. No smiles, no nod - nothing. Was I an inconvenience? Lol
And Alexis was very rude when I asked him a question. If you dislike your job so much, get a new one.
Finally, the rep who signed me up failed to explain everything to me...so frustrating. She was nice so I'll just chalk that up to being new.
I thought I was getting a good deal at a new gym but I regret making the switch. You really do get what you pay for. Again, horrible customer service.
