This is a type of review we all hate to have to leave, but when the spirit of a business is so terrible, I just need to warn other people based on my experience. I was personally injured at this exact salon when a pedicurist sliced off a dime-sized piece of my foot because she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing (I unfortunately noticed she wasn't looking (while she was scraping with a razor-sharp instrument) at the exact moment it sliced into me). It took months to fully heal and was very painful. How did the salon owners respond to this? Did they offer to help me in any way whatsoever? No. They repeatedly responded with denial and total rudeness! They tried to say I didn't even get a pedicure there and that I must be making this up. When I showed them receipts, my injury and witnesses, they still had no nice response. It is shocking because I even had to pay for the pedicure. They didn't even offer to discount that as I was limping out. Why would you go to a salon that shows its true colors like this to a once repeat customer? I stopped going, of course, and hope this never happens to someone there again, but take heed. It's very sad, because there are some truly talented people working at this place, they just work under an apparently unethical business.
