  • My boyfriend and I are thoroughly angry. We ordered some food to get delivered, and asked that the delivery person call when they arrive (we can't hear the doorbell), and we were told this was fine.Two hours passed, and it said the order was still being "made". I had my boyfriend call to check on the order and they said they cancelled it because we never answered the door. We never got a phone call our food had arrived, nor a call when they cancelled our order. They said we couldn't come pick it up and that we could only be refunded. This will be the last time I order from here until I move.
