  • Went into this location to upgrade my phone and renew my contract. Was greeted and they took my name down asking what I wanted and that's when contact ceased. After waiting for an associate to help me for over 30 min And asking when I would be helped twice. I simply walked out right past the group of gossiping employees congregated by the front door not one of them said a word seemed to be too wrapped up in their own personal conversations with each other. To the stores credit one guy at the desk was helping a customer. While one was watching videos on his phone and the rest were too busy flapping their gums to each other to notice the 5 or 6 customers walking around their store aimlessly. Been a customer to sprint since 2011 and have never seen a store or all of its employees give such terrible service.
