  • I usually wash my own car, but last year I bought an SUV and it became too labor intensive to perform myself, so I decided to get a membership at this establishment. Everything was great until one day back in July my sticker wasn't registering. I went inside and it turns out that my sticker was registered to someone else's account, and there's was registered to mine. "Human error" they said, no problem and they fixed it. Or so they said. This month I just so happened to look at my credit card bill and noticed the company was double charging me. They had been double charging me since July! I had to go back twice to get it figured out. My credit card was being charged for someone else's account! The same person as before. (at least it wasn't being used, they said). They were very apologetic and emailed the corporate office to process my refund. My refund was processed and my account was charged again for the month of December. I go to get my car washed today and low and behold, MY STICKER WASN'T WORKING AGAIN! So I had to, yet again, go inside and straighten things out! My sticker was cancelled instead of the other customer's sticker! The saving grace is that the people have always been patient, nice and apologetic.... But that's probably because they make constant stupid mistakes that have wasted hours of my time. If they didn't corner the market, I wouldn't come back to this company. I have no desire to wash my own car, so until there's another company that's close to my house, I guess I'm stuck with them.
