| - For my first time in Toronto, this was definitely a good place to visit.
I've been on a few beer/wine tours in the past, but I don't think i've had as good of a tour guide as the one I had here. I already forgot his name (haha) (he was white with blondeish/redish hair, full facial hair, skinny), but he was very charismatic and made it a good time for all of us. He gave us a good tour of the facility, knew what he was talking about when it came to the production of the beer, and was able to point of specific staff and their role/importance. He knew all the stories about the company, as far as how the company originated and what have you.
Something that stood out to me was how resourceful and efficient Steam Whistle was, and that they are a green company. I was very impressed and happy to hear about the awards they have won for being an environmentally friendly company. Also the location of the brewhouse is very cool, which you will find out about when you visit!
The beer is good, the workers are nice, and it is overall a good time.
