rev:text	This was on September 16th, flew in from Boston, Get to the counter and there is a long long wait. I was told I could use the Fast Break counter which I did! After I get through all the paperwork and get pressured to buy the insurance (which I declined) I finally get to the car only to find that it has an awful skunk like stench. I think that i rented the car from the guy who said DONT rent this car from BUDGET. It was Not only STANK!! IT WAS FILTHY DIRTY....I was told that the car that I had originally reserved was rented already because of the Boxing match in Vegas....No clue who was fighting, I dont care. I only know my car was GONE... No time for that so we head out. The next day when we go to turn the car for a clean one, I was told again, due to the fight all of the vehicles were rented out until Monday!!!. So I go to the counter to complain to the manager like the check in guy suggested. I wait in line again only, I was told to go to the local office they may have cars quicker than the airport. Well, the location off of Tropicana across from the Orleans was VERY HELPFUL...I showed them the filthy car and they were super embarrassed and gave me a beautiful clean KIA SUV. They also gave me the card for the District Manager Laura Sottile they said something that filthy should never have been rented out. It looks like blood mixed with vomit. Well, after speaking with Customer Service: Melissa Harris Customer Service and Relations Supervisor Malco Enterprises of Nevada Inc. An Independent Budget System Licensee 7120 Haven Street Las Vegas, Nevada, 89119 Telephone: 702-736-1212 ext. 55142 m.harris@budgetlasvegas.com I was expecting a refund of the filthy car rental but instead I got a credit of $5.73. Really? I was charged $114.92 for a filthy blood strewn, vomit filled car and I get a credit for $5.73. Would the executives running Budget put their mom, sister, grandma, niece, daughter in such a nasty filthy sewage box? I will ask them and let you know. Since that time I have only rented from Enterprise Rental Car off of Decatur and I am Very Happy with their services.
