  • This is the worst bank or establishment I have ever been to. I wanted to open an account for direct deposit here after I read a how great it is to be A member. So I went there personally because I need to get it done asap as I need to set up my direct deposit for work. Nobody asked me or greeted me when I came in so I had to walk to the teller and ask him I wanna open an account with them. He said that they're busy and nobody will be able to help me but I can do it over the phone and he dialed on the phone in the corner, pass the phone to me and I'm like wth? He was gone and I was left on the fone wonderin why give me the phone to open an account when I am already in the freakin bank? The funny thing was there was no line inside and the employees look like they don't care at all. I would've waited but nobody talked to me. Please do not ever come to this place because apparently they don't give good customer service.
