  • Selected the $27.95 carwash package which was suppose to include quite a few things. I was told it will taker 30 - 40 minutes. After an hour I told them I need to get going and they took another 15 minutes. I then looked over the vehicle and noticed they never vacuumed the back hatch area, they did not (dress) the exterior plastic protection which was included. They said the "dressed" the tires. As I drove away I noticed the driver side front dash was still half dusty, and they did not include the paid for air freshener. I called them and the lady who answered couldn't care less. She then transferred me to someone who's ENGLISH is a disgrace. I will NEVER return to my neighborhood carwash.
