  • They severely scratched my car window trying to take off a sticker. It was clear that instead of using alcohol to dissolve the sticker, they recklessly used a snow scraper. When I relayed this damage to the owner Michael Dorentes, all I received was a snarky response and rude treatment. He offered to buff the car window even though several professionals told me I would need to replace the entire window since the scratches were too deep (which is $700 to fix). I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt and had my window buffed, which ultimately resulted in further damage and nothing being fixed. He is refusing to fix my car and raised his voice while ridiculing me. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed through this whole incident, especially since this is a brand new car (2016 Lexus IS with 2,500 miles on it). I highly advise that you don't leave your car here for a wash as it may result in an expensive ordeal. Edit: Michael, in response to your comment, it's really jaw dropping to see you commenting on bad reviews trying to contort the truth. Further buffing my car window would ruin the integrity and grade of it as advised by professionals. More importantly, it creates a safety hazard as the window would become very susceptible to shattering. You have ignored several of my calls, but you are publicly offering to speak with me on Yelp? The last time we spoke, you were yelling and hollering at me saying you will never pay to fix my car.
