  • This is an edit to my review. At first they were great, we spent thousands of dollars on Tempur-pedic mattresses with adjustable beds. And came back to buy my mom an adjustable bed frame snd mattress a day later l. We were sold a mattress that didn't work with an adjustable frame and my disabled mother fell out of bed when we Adjusted the mattress to sit her up. We knew within an hour of delivery of the mattress that it would not work. . They told us we could not return it to the warehouse which was 1 mile from our home it had to be picked up. They did come pick it up and refunded us everything but $200 which they called a restocking and delivery fee. We knew within an hour we were sold and mattress that would not work with the new bedframe. This is ridiculous when they say moneyback guarantee and satisfaction guarantee, they don't mean it. We kept the bed frame that adjusts, but returned the mattress. . John was patient, helpful. Looking forward to a good nights sleep! They also delivered to days later did complete set up and the delivery guys were great.
