rev:text	First, the waxing: the girls are very much hit-or-miss. Its totally possible yo find a great one, but they work, i swear, three hour days so making an appt with the one you like is a herculean task. The misses have left me bleeding (!!!), hairy (after going over the area not 2-3 times, but 7-8 times, hence the bleeding) and scrambling to find an emergency appt elsewhere to fix their mess (at, obviously, an additional full cost of a second wax). Mind you me, i have blond hair and have been waxing for the past 13 years, so theres almost no hair left to begin with. Moving right along Id lile to point out the lack of customer service as well. Multiple times i was asked to wait 5 to 10 minutes in the waiting area or go next door to sbux and grab a coffee because the waxers do run late. However, the one time i arrived 5 mins late after calling and asking if they would be able to accomodate I was once again left in the lobby to wait 5 more mins and then declined my appt because of the 10 minute lateness policy. When i pointed out that ive BEEN here for a while the supervisor/manager came to the waiting area where she, in full outside voice, discussed my lateness along with my brazilian in front of at least 5 other people, men included. Now, i dont care that it was made public knowledge how i like my lady bits groomed and that i was chastised by an 18 yo girl like im a naughty 1st grader who arrived to class late. It bothers me that the only person who felt this was not so professional and apologised to me was my lovely waxer. Yearly package cancelled and never again will they get my business.
