  • Although I was super sad to see The Perfect Scoop go, the latest tenants are kicking butt! They have a very similar dessert offering to Rita's, but their combos and quality of products is just a bit more creative and a bit more delicious that I'll probably never go to Rita's if this place is open. The owners and staff are very attentive. The digital display gives you a peak of some of their creations they have thought of, but I'm really partial to the Strawberry Shortcake, which is a perfect blend of sweet custard and tart strawberry ice. They have very generous portions and my husband and I can split medium between us, but recently opted for two smalls just to mix up our flavors a bit. I really hope this place continues to thrive and lift the curse that's been around this corner of business!
