  • I have never been treated so rudely in my life and then tossed aside. I wouldn't do business with Moon Valley. Their communication is inconsistent and they don't seem to want to work with their clients. They will promise you everything and deliver absolutely nothing. I guess our money is no good there. I was really surprised with how they treated us--like we didn't matter. We will take our business elsewhere. I suggest that you do too. Avoid the headache and don't give Moon any of your business. They don't deserve it.
