  • i called the company to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment was quoted $ 90 minimum service fee a man showed up measured my family room area and told me it would be $175 when i told him of the price his office told me.. he started to walk out towards the front door while telling me, he would not be doing the treatment! I could not make him stop long enough to discuss it. or possibly agree.. he didn't want to work!! if you are in urgent need I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. As it seems that even if you're willing to pay their high fees they may not be willing to work. Very disappointing and and unprofessional service. Not to mention I didn't appreciate the price changing once they are at the property
