  • Had a terrible experience here. Came in as it opened. There was one person behind the counter. She was completely overwhelmed...mind you, we were the only two people in the store. We waited 30 minutes (literally) for her to make 2 acai bowls. When we finally got them, they were full of giant ice chunks as it had not been blended properly. Very frustrated at this point, we just asked for our money back. Predictably, she didn't know how to issue a refund. After another 5 minutes of fumbling around, we insisted that she bring her manager out to assist with the refund. The manager did so at the register without even acknowledging us. Absolutely amazing fail on all counts. Stay away, stay far away! (By the way, the acai bowl stunk)
