  • no stars deserved for Triumph property management on N. Buffalo dr, Las Vegas, absolutely unprofessional and zero integrity.. will say whatever is needed in order to get the 11 page contract signed.I did not read the contract prior to signing but did ask the pertinent questions that were important to me before signing.Asked the agent "that if I decided after few weeks or months to sell the house or not to rent,what fees etc would be due?Agent replied that as long as no tenants had actually moved into the property that you can cancel anytime as long as you notify us in writing and no fees or penalties would be due. After a few weeks with no activity on the house I decided to move my family in and called them and wrote a letter to that effect..only then was I hit with a bill for one years management fees for a tenent that didn't even exist let alone move in !...when I called their office they replied "guess you should have read the contract".. only interested in $$$ and will say whatever is needed in order for the contract to be signed...BEWARE !!
