  • It's a tough call. The facilities are great and the cleanliness is great but the some of the staff are horrible. They show favoritism to certain members giving them special treatment over others. I even had a cycling instructor who routinely shows up late ask everyone to leave the room so they could prepare. Like WHAT! You were late! Why should we be inconvenienced further, you don't respect my time or my workout. Anyway some other unfavorable things occurred. I reported him to the staff on duty but the did nothing. I have not returned since. Shame. I do enjoy the facilities and the members.
