  • Incompetent offices. If I could give it less than a 1 star, I would. Need an appt soon? Good luck, have fun waiting 4 weeks in advance. Won't change your script unless you make an unnecessary appt with a doctor/rn instead of a simple phone call. What a great way to make them even more money. Receptionists who are rude and under-qualified, argue with patients over symptoms/side effects of prescriptions. Pretty sure this is not in their repertoire anyway. Major FAIL, go somewhere else or regret your decision here.
