  • This is one of my favorite spots in the Valley! I used to live in Scottsdale, so anytime I come back "home" I make sure to make a quick stop at Cowboy Ciao for their Stetson Chopped Salad. I always get the same thing, because you can't mess with perfection. Trust me - it's absolutely phenomenal. I typically get the salad with smoked salmon, but they also offer a vegetarian option (served with avocado) and a chicken option. You really can't go wrong with any of them. Highly recommend!
