rev:text	I really wanted to be able to say great things about my first apt in Vegas- however- after living here just a couple months, I've realized it's a terrible dump :( They market themselves as "luxury apartments", and while the amenities sound nice for the price, beware! They wouldn't show me my actual unit until I signed, and then when I finally got into my unit, it was filthy! And most of said amenities did not even function until I had to put in a work order and wait two days. It took them over a week to get me working mailbox keys. They painted my entrance way, but then walked thru the wet paint into my unit and tracked paint on the carpet. And that's not even the worst part- they made a 'mistake' on my lease that they refuse to correct! They will BAIT and SWITCH you if you don't pore over every single word on every page! I signed up for a 6 month lease, which the FIRST TWO pages reflect. However, when I noticed that the 3rd page said 1 year, I went to the office and asked for it to be corrected. At first they said "no problem, let me just get the manager and I'll call you". TWO DAYS later after NO call, I had to go in to follow up on this- and then they said there was nothing they could do since I already signed it, and they are going to try to hold me to the year now. They also are shady about utility billing- watch out for $50 arbitrary 'recovery fees' on your bill! The pool is CLOSED more often than not, and when I moved in they said the sauna was 'under repairs'. Even after I notified them that I couldn't see my stairs or keyhole at night, the security lights to my building have now been out over a week. The neighbor's dog uses my porch as his bathroom. The office, again, said there's nothing they can do about this- it's up to me to deal with. I can't wait to get out of here- No wonder they have to trick people into living here! I felt I had to write this review to warn people so the same thing doesn't happen to them: Rent from this place at your own risk!
