I like to go into a car dealership not so spiffy, just to see, if they'll treat a guy that looks like I just walked in from a day working outside, the same as they would some folks in a leather coat and dress pants. I went into T & T as such. Maybe they thought I was a car detailer, or maybe some guy casing the joint in daylight, but I was left to walk around outside and inside for an hour and 20min. A hail sale was on, so I had lots of time to assess each vehicle I was interested in for hail damage - it was kind of funny actually. My wife and I have leased 8 Honda vehicles. The Alberta Honda experience was entirely different than our Ontario Honda experience. Honda West was fantastic - the type of customer service we were used to. T & T and Calgary Honda - not so much. Now I drive a new Ford F 150 from MacLin - and that was the best car buying experience ever - period.
