  • When it came time to colour my hair, there was no question that I wanted Diana at Brunette to do the job. I've met her a few times and I was immediately struck by her kindness and warm personality. She's also the stylist for a few of my friends so I knew that her work was top notch. When it came time to dye my hair, I had a consultation with her first and we spoke about what colour I wanted. When it came down to the dyeing process, it took a few tries (my hair didn't want to bleach!) but being the great stylist that she is, she was able to problem solve the situation. Since I've changed my look, she also has offered me tips to how to maintain the look on my own. I can always call her whenever I have questions on products or how to re-dye properly. Her shop is small and laidback, perfect for one stylist. The dye job took a long time, and my hair is just damn stubborn and wouldn't lift from the bleach. This meant frequent trips to El Cafecito CafĂ© across the street were made in order to replenish our caffeine buzz. And B.D. is correct about her music taste: it's exceptional! With that, the music creates a comfortable mood whenever you're inside her salon.
