This place has you order yourself on a kiosk. Not sure how new it is but not a single customer could do it without an employee helping. The line was outrageously long. I was paying cash so when it was all done the employee told me I should have told him that first so I could go right to the counter. It's my responsibility of course. The food took forever to get and I didn't get my drink cups. Same employee said I was supposed to grab my own cups. Apparently telling him I have never been inside and done the self ordering qualified me to know everything. I also noticed that some orders were being taken to the customers and others were not with the manager shouting out the number. Maybe that's why my order took so long. The employee told me he would bring my food so I didn't listen for a number. This location needs to get their act together and provide better training to the employees so they can provide better customer service.
