  • I went to get a dress altered and I walked in and was "welcomed" in a very standoffish way that wasn't quite welcoming at all. I was told to put my dress on and she would take a look at it. Once the dress was on, I was told the dress was too small for me and is made for someone smaller than my size, and there was no way she could alter it. I felt absolutely terrible about myself in that moment and was not given an opinion in a professional manner. She then proceeded to walk away with no other discussion. If you'd like a professional to work with you on alterations, then DO NOT go here.
