  • I guess the honeymoon is over. I've had more issues with maintenence in my unit than every before. I've actually stopped even putting in requests because it either doesn't get fixed properly or something else gets screwed up in the process. I just give up. I have had an issue with my neighbors leaving their smelly garbage bags in front of their door but the office seems to give zero "ducks". I've reported it numerous times and gotten no response. Instead I just have to continue to walk past flies and stench during summer. The lawn in front of my unit is neglected ALL the time, and the care this community seems to have had for its tenants has faded. Either that or they just don't care about a select few sets of units. You know, the ones potential renters don't get to see up close and personal. The pride I once had for this place has faded. I've referred two different sets of friends to move in (didn't get my referral pecks either) and now I tell people to stay away. There is just too much disorganization with the books they keep. Dont get me started on my transfer debacle! Double charges, no accountability, no explanation, just a half hearted "I'm so sorry" disquising the real "oh wow you didn't let us double charge you because you're not as stupid as we thought you may be". Im frustrated and rightfully so. I'm sad that the place I once lived calling home has turned into a place a cringe coming home to. But something tells me they don't care. There will be another fool to occupy my apartment when I move out. I'm just a number to them. But you will be too. *2 stars because of location and price. 0 stars for headache and constant frustration.
